In this class with Valrhona Pastry Chef Paul Saiphet, you'll have the opportunity to discover and create several delicious and elegant desserts perfect for your next party, gift, or just packing for an indulgent afternoon snack.
This hands-on class is designed for home cooks, pastry enthusiasts, and anyone hoping to learn about baking. In this class, you'll learn key pastry techniques as you prepare, and of course, enjoy the delicious creations. Explore a range of desserts, taste, and bring home the many desserts you create. Recipes include verrines, mousses, cakes, cheesecakes, and more.
Seats are limited to 12 students.
