L'Ecole Valrhona offers 90 minutes online (recorded or live) pastry and chocolate classes for professionals and non-professionals.
These classes are open to all skill levels.

The chocolate and pastry experts at Valrhona are thrilled to welcome professional chefs, chocolatiers and pastry professionals to L'École Valrhona Brooklyn for in-person courses.
Chefs can enroll in one of their immersive one, two, or three-day courses to gain hands-on experience, learn about current themes in pastry and push the limits of their creativity with world-renowned chef instructors.
L’École Valrhona helps Chefs develop theirr identity thanks to targeted classes that are adapted to all areas of expertise, including chocolate, pastry, baking, ice cream and plated desserts.

Classes are open to all professionals who want to enhance their technique and expand their knowledge in chocolate and pastry.
As part of a small group of 8 to 12 pastry professionals, chef-students will create recipes and finished dessert presentations.

Meals are included. This year l’École Valrhona Brooklyn will feature a wide variety of class themes, including Bonbons, Showpieces, Plated Desserts, Introduction to Chocolate, Entremets and Petits Gâteaux, Viennoiserie and more.
L’École Valrhona Brooklyn, featuring state-of-the-art equipment in a spacious setting, offers a personalized learning experience with exhilarating interaction between chefs and instructors.  1,000 square feet, fully equipped kitchen: chocolate machine, enrobing machine, marble countertops, ice cream machine, blast chiller/freezer, combi oven, microwave oven, mixers and more



In-person classes cancellation Policy:

If you cancel 45 days or more prior to the first day of class, you will be completely refunded. If you cancel within 45 days you will receive a 50% refund or 100% class credit to be used within a year of the cancellation date. If you cancel within one week of the class you will receive a 50% class credit to be used within one year of the cancelation date.

We do our best to avoid canceling or rescheduling classes, however, please be aware that classes are subject to change due to conflicts, instructor illness, travel issues, etc. We will contact you immediately in case of any date changes or course cancellations. In the case a class is rescheduled or canceled we offer you the choice of a full refund or a class credit to be used within one year of the cancellation date.

As Valrhona is not responsible for your accommodations we recommend booking refundable forms of transportation and accommodations, so if an unforeseen change occurs you will not be charged.
