INGREDIENTS

AN IVOIRE 35% White Chocolate
AN Cocoa Paste

AN freeze dried sweet corn

AN sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Pipe a disk of crystallized cacao paste. Allow to set until matte finish.
Pipe a disk of tempered Ivoire 35% White Chocolate on top of cacao paste disk.
Add toppings immediately.
Allow to set and store in an airtight container in a cool, dark area.
