INGREDIENTS
115 g Toasted almonds
55 g Shortbread cookies
145 g Brown rice cereal
145 g Brown rice cereal
55 g Sesame cookies (from Mitsuwa)
3 g Matcha powder
INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients except Waïna 35% Chocolate and matcha powder.

Melt the Waïna 35% Chocoolate and immersion blend n the matcha until smooth.

Temper the Waïna 35% Chocolate and add enough to thoroughly coat the mixture.

Immediatly spread onto a silpat lined tray and let crystalize completely.
