INGREDIENTS

Calculated for about 4 servings, depending on size.

560 g organic coconut milk
50 g coconut sugar

90 g Itakuja 55% Dark Chocolate

25 g cocoa paste

INSTRUCTIONS

Bring the coconut milk, coconut sugar and cocoa paste to a boil.
Add the Itakuja 55% Dark Chocolate.
Once it is totally melted, mix with an immersion blender. Bring to a boil once again. Serve Warm.
