Valrhona Blonde Chocolate Dulcey® 35% is a bar of smooth, creamy chocolate with a velvety and enveloping texture and a warm, golden color. The first notes are buttery, toasty, and not too sweet, gradually giving way to the flavors of freshly-baked shortbread with a pinch of salt.

With Dulcey, Valrhona invented chocolate's fourth color: Blonde. Leaving white chocolate in a bain-marie for too long, Valrhona Chef Frédéric Bau discovered a surprising result: the chocolate became blonde and gave off a sweet smell. Dulcey is an ode to creativity and daring that revolutionized the world of pastry to offer new emotions thanks to its color, taste, and texture.

With our blonde chocolate DULCEY 35%, we sought to stand out from the traditional world of white chocolate by combining our chocolatiers' expertise with unique ingredients. Carefully selected raw materials give the blond-colored DULCEY 35% unique color and flavor.
